A little about the day in general: Rachel and Adam were married at Stony Point Hall, an absolutely beautiful venue, which was perfect for such a beautiful couple. They are both so kind, sweet and lovely and are two people that we are so glad we had a chance to meet. We were so happy and honored to be asked to be a part of such a huge day in their lives. We had SUCH a great time with their family and friends. They definitely know how to have a great time! You will see that in part two when I post the reception photos.
A little about this blog post: Rachel and her bridesmaids got ready at Images Salon and Spa in Lawrence, Kansas. The lovely ladies that work there are so nice and did a great job with the girls' hair and make up!! Before the guys got ready my husband met them at Dempsy's Burger Pub to grab a few pre-ceremony shots, then they headed for their hotel to get ready. When everyone was ready, we headed to Adam and Rachel's house to get their super sweet first look pictures. Rachel got Adam a really adorable book about all the ways she loves him and he drew her a picture of what her wedding dress would look like....and it may or may not have been rated-R, lol. The last stop before we went to the venue was Louise's West! This is Adam and Rachel's spot, so we had to get some pictures there of them and the whole bridal party hanging out. Extremely fun!
I'd like to take the time to thank all the business involved with their day for being so awesome to Adam and Rachel and also for being so helpful and letting us pretty much do whatever we wanted to get great pictures for them!
Congratulations guys!! We know you're going to have an amazing live together!
